Guacimo Lodge Overnight Tour

Due to demand from our guests, Guacimo Lodge has started to organize overnight tours. Tours that start just before sunset and end up the next morning!

Overnight tours offer you the chance to spot amphibians like the red-eyed tree frog, reptiles like lizards and various snake species, nocturnal insects and arachnids as well as mammals and birds.

You will camp with covered hammocks close to small tropical river channels where chances to observe wildlife are higher. Tour includes a small campfire lunch. All, guided by the expert hands of our local bilingual guides.

70% of mammal species are nocturnal. Take part in this wild and immersive experience away from the beaten path in the tropical forest of Nicaragua!
