This is an example of the itinerary you will follow during your retreat:
Day 1: Journey to Guacimo Lodge
- Boat trip through the San Juan river up to Guacimo Lodge: the Lodge is located close to Indio Maiz reserve and only reachable by the river!
- Gathering and connection space after dinner: On the first night, after dinner, you will gather in a soft and welcoming space, with tea or herbal infusions and gentle music.
Day 2: Welcome and Grounding
- Meditation and Pranayama (Anchoring to the Present)
- Hatha Yoga Class (Grounding and Stability)
- Restorative Yoga Class and Deep Relaxation
- Before closing the day, we will take time for reflective writing as we begin this journey.
Day 3: Activation and Expansion (Dynamic)
- Meditation (Breathing Space and Freedom)
- Hips & Breath Flow Class (Expansion and Balance)
Activity in Nature: hike through primary and secondary forest in one of the largest and best protected reserves of Central America.
