Guacimo Lodge serves local, fresh, healthy food. We love cold soups made of blended vegetables like our beetroot gazpacho or the Andalusian gazpacho and salads as our chickpea salad with olives. Our starters are complemented by main dishes that include pastas, chicken fajitas and local varieties of fish caught from the river. Because extensive cattle-ranching is the main deforestation driver in the area, Guacimo Lodge has chosen not to offer beef in its menu!
